The Board resolution dated February 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to carry out the stock issuance under ESOP to raise its charter capital. Details are as follows:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,500,000 shares
