HTV: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

The Board of Directors of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) has approved to ask for permission from the authorities for the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting with an extension no more than 06 months from the ending date of the fiscal year.
