HSL: Board Resolution _ March 10, 2020 Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated March 10, 2020 as follows:
1. Approving the proposal for the change of the organizational and operational management model. Accordingly, the Company will dissolve the Board of Supervisors and apply a new model with the establishment of an internal audit board directly under the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors will elect a head of internal audit board as well as submit the proposal to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
2. Approving to invest more in Hong Ha Pharma Joint Stock Company.
− Target company: Hong Ha Pharma Joint Stock Company (address: Floor 2, 141 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ngoc Ha ward, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi city)
− Value of additional investment: VND25,000,000,000.
− After the additional investment, Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company will own 90%, or VND45,000,000,000, at Hong Ha Pharma Joint Stock Company.
