HPX: HPX allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On March 16, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City issued a document allowing Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
