HHS: Resolution on the AGM 2020

     On March 07, 2020, Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2019;

3. Approving the business plan in 2020:

-          Revenue:   VND 710 billion

-          Profit after tax:      VND 235 billion.

4. Approving the audited financial statements in 2019 by VACO Auditing Com Ltd.
5. Approving the dividend payment for 2019 by 4% in cash.
6. Approving investment plan and business development in 2020.
7. Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
8. Approving the plan for the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020:

-          BOD:

• Chairman of BOD:           3,000,000 dongs/person/month
• Member of BOD:             2,000,000 dongs/person/month.

-          Supervisory Board:

• Head of Supervisory Board:         2,000,000 dongs/person/month
• Member of Supervisory Board:    1,000,000 dongs/person/month.

9. Approving the amendment of the company’s charter.
10. Approving the plan of TCH to raise the ownership ratio at HHS.
