HAG: HAG allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On March 20, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Gia Lai province issued a document allowing Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
