GIL: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of contribution capital

The Board resolution dated March 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of stake in Luu Cong Hieu Com Ltd. with the transfer value of VND 38,500,000,000, accounting for 100% charter capital of Luu Cong Hieu Com Ltd.

    After the transfer completes, Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company will be the ownership of 100% charter capital of Luu Cong Hieu Com Ltd.

   To appoint Mrs. Le Thi Ai Linh as representative of stake of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company in Luu Cong Hieu Com Ltd.
