On March 17, 2020, Fecon Corporation issued the Board resolution No.22 regarding the share buyback as treasury shares. Details are as follows:

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 6,000,000 shares

-   Purpose: to protect shareholders’ interest

-   Expected trading period: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-   Trading method: Order matching or put through.
