The Board of Directors approved the adjustment of business plan for 2020 to submit it to Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Total expenses:               36,600,002,000 dongs

-       Profit before tax:             50,372,320,000 dongs

-       Corporate income tax:       5,387,232,000 dongs

-       Profit after tax:               44,985,088,000 dongs

-       Expected dividend rate:               44.45%/share

Board Resolution No.08 dated March 13, 2020:

The Board of Directors decided to supplement the following issues to the agenda of Annual General Meeting 2020:

1. Approving the resignation of a member from the Board of Directors for the term from 2018 to 2023;
2. Electing a replacement member to the Board of Directors for the term from 2018 to 2023.
