DCM: DCM allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2020

On March 16, 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ca Mau province issued a document allowing PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2020 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
