 The payment for the 2019 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 14, 2020

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company as from April 14, 2020.
