1. The Board of Directors approved the result of stock issuance to the existing shareholders until March 23, 2020:

-       Number of shares registered to offer: 13,221,234 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 13,221,234 shares

-       Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-       Time for subscription and deposit: from February 24, 2020 to March 23, 2020

-       Number of shares subscribed and paid: 9,407,091 shares

-       Number of unsold shares: 3,814,143 shares

2. The Board of Directors approved to distribute 3,814,143 unsold shares to the following investors:

-       Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-       Time for subscription and payment: March 26, 2020

-       Place to receive subscription: Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company
