BVSC: BVSC adjusts the issue date of private placement of bonds

According to the Board resolution dated March 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC) decided to adjust the issue date of the second private placement of bonds of 2019 which was scheduled in the resolution dated November 12, 2019, as follows:

The estimated issue time:

−      The first private placement: in Quarter IV/2019

−      The second private placement: authorized the CEO to decide an issue time for the second private placement based on the capital need in practice and under the laws.
