ANC11607: Anco to seek bondholders’ approval in writing

Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company (short name: ANCO) announces that it will ask bondholders about the following issues:

(i)    To approve the extension of transfer of ANCO’s assets right after (i) the Company completes the transfer or (ii) the Company has another plan for restructuring the internal related to the stake at Agro Nutrition International Binh Dinh One Member Limited and projects in the provinces of Dong Nai, Ha Nam and fulfill necessary procedures as regulated; and

(ii)  To approve to authorize the representative of bond ownership holders to supervise, monitor and decide the issues related to the transfer of ANCO’s assets.

ANCO expects to carry out the shareholders' consultation in writing in March 2020.
