AIS: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting

According to the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated February 27, 2020, the shareholders of AIS Securities Joint Stock Company approved a bond investment program as follows:

-       Bond type:

(i) Government bond; and

(ii) Government-guaranteed bond.

-       Investment scale: VND700,000,000,000

-       Investment method: The Company will purchase bonds via the order-matching method on the floor.

-       Bond term: expected from 02 years to 05 years. For the other bonds with different terms, the Board Chairman will decided the investment. 

-       Time of implementation: The investment program is expected to be carried out from February 2020.

-       Financial resource: (i) the capital from business operations and (ii) other legal financial resources (if any) of the Company.
