On February 24, 2020, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved to change Legal Representative in Vimedimex Medicine Com Ltd from Mr. Pham Ngoc Quan to Mr. Nguyen Minh Son.
2. The Board of Directors approved to change the representative of stake of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company in Vimedimex Medicine Com Ltd from Mr. Pham Ngoc Quan to Mr. Nguyen Minh Son.
