VGC: Resolution of the general meeting of shareholders Viglacera Corporation - JSC announces the Resolution of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 07, 2020, which was convened in the form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing, as follows:
Approving the plan for issuing 13,500,000 shares of Viglacera Van Hai Joint Stock Company to the existing shareholders to increase the charter capital of Viglacera Van Hai Joint Stock Company from VND165 billion to VND300 billion.

- Estimated issue volume: 13,500,000 shares (81.81% of the outstanding volume)

- Purpose of the share issue: to invest in Van Hai Ecotourism Destination Project
