SFI: Adjustment of list of employees in ESOP 2019

The Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved the adjustment of list of employees dated December 20, 2019 in the 2019 Employee Stock Ownership Plan as follows:

-       Mr. Hoang Thanh Tuan refused to buy 10,000 shares out of 20,000 ESOP shares which were adopted by the Board of Directors.

-       The Board of Directors will distribute the unsold shares to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dung.

The Board of Directors approved the list of employees in ESOP 2019 as follows:

-       Number of distributed shares: 710,728 shares

-       Number of distributed employees: 11 people.
