On February 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving to hold the fiscal year 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-       Record date: February 28, 2020

-       Meeting date: 8:00 AM, March 31, 2020

-       Meeting venue: 364 Cong Hoa, ward 13, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh.

2. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 16%/par value (1,600 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: April 10, 2020.
