REE: Board resolution _ Feb 12, 2020

According to Board Resolution No.03/2020 dated February 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation adopted the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors decided to change the record date to convene the annual general meeting of fiscal year 2019 and pay interim dividend for 2019. The new record date will be March 03, 2020.
2. The Board of Directors approved to convene the annual general meeting of fiscal year 2019 and pay interim dividend for 2019 as follows:

Annual General Meeting:

−      Meeting date: 8:00, March 31, 202

−      Meeting venue: The Meeting Room of E.town Building, 364 Cong Hoa, ward 13, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

Interim Dividend for 2019:

−      Payment ratio:16%/par value (VND1,600 for a share)

−      Payment method: in cash

−      Financial resource: the undistributed profit

−      Payment date: April 10, 2020.
