Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announced the board resolution dated February 06, 2020 regarding to the holding of the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders: 

-       Meeting time: in March 2020

-       Meeting venue: will be noticed later.

-       Meeting contents:

• Report of the Board of Directors;
• Report of the Management Board;
• The audited financial statements in 2019 and a plan for profit distribution;
• Business plan for 2020;
• Approval for the Board Chairman to be concurrently CEO from April 2020;
• Electing an additional member to the Board of Directors;
• Other issues (if any) under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
