Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company (NSC) announces the repurchase of a part of bonds prior to maturity from March 03, 2020 to the end of March 31, 2020 as follows:

-       Par value: VND 1,000,000,000/bond

-       Issue date: May 29, 2019

-       Bond term: 01 year

-       Number of bonds until February 18, 2020: 100 bonds, equivalent to VND 100,000,000,000 (based on par value)

-       Number of registered bonds to repurchase prior to maturity: 50 bonds, equivalent to VND 50,000,000,000 (based on par value)

-       Expected trading period: from March 03, 2020 to the end of March 31, 2020.
