HSG: BOD approves to pay stock dividend for the FY 2018-2019 The Board resolution dated February 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved the stock dividend payment for the fiscal year financial statements in 2018 – 2019 as follows:
- Stock name: Hoa Sen Group
- Stock code: HSG
- Stock code: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Exercise ratio: 5% (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to have 05 new shares).
- Record date: expected in April 2020
- Payment time: expected before June 30, 2020
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares will be rounded down and the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 101 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101 * 0.5 = 5.05 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 5 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.05 will be cancelled.
- Expected issue volume: 21,161,179 shares
- Total value (based on par value): VND 211,611,790,000
- Number of shares after the issue: 444,384,768 shares.
