FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-       Mr. Tran The Anh was appointed as Chairman of the BODs as from February 03, 2020.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Lam Duc Toan as CEO as from February 03, 2020.

-       Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong was appointed as CEO as from February 03, 2020.

-       Mr. Lam Duc Toan was appointed as Deputy CEO as from February 03, 2020.

-       Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa was appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025 as from February 03, 2020.
