BOS: BOD resolution on changing the investment limit

The Board resolution dated January 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company approved to change the following investment limits:

1. Approving the proprietary limit, investment in shares of ROS (FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company) with total amount of VND 194 billion.
2. Approving the proprietary limit, investment in shares of GAB (Global Asset Business Joint Stock Company) with total amount of VND 13.7 billion.
