On January 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Transimex Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving the plan to invest in the Northern Port project.
2. Approving the capital contribution in Thang Long Logistics Service Joint Stock Company for investing in Logistics project in Northern.
3. Approving the purchase of 1,000,000 shares of Logistics Vinalink Joint Stock Company (VNL).
4. Approving to move the address of Hai Phong branch from Floor 3th, No.3 Le Thanh Tong, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City to Thanh Dat 1 Building, Floor 4^th, No.3 Le Thanh Tong, May To Wrad, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.
5. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Bao Trung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from January 07, 2020.
