TCBS: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

    On January 18, 2020, Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting regarding the investment limit increase for BONDVFS.2019 bonds of Vinfast from VND 950 billion to VND 2,500 billion. In particular, the trading limit increased from VND 650 billion to VND 2,000 billion, the regular business limit increased from VND 300 billion to VND 500 billion that each transaction was less than 20% of the total value of assets in the latest financial statements of the company.
