Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 15, 2020 as follows:

2. Approving to sign sale agreements, transport agreements, loan agreements with Hoanh Son Group Joint Stock Company (the company related to Mr. Pham Hoanh Son, Board Chairman of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company).

3. Approving the re-appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Hao as Deputy CEO from January 01, 2020.
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung as Deputy CEO cum Chief Accountant  from January 15, 2020.
5. Approving the list of reappointed managers, enterprise directors in 2020.
