On January 08, 2020, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announces the record date for implementing rights to existing shareholders in the public offering as follows:

-       Expected issue volume: 37,419,280 shares

-       Issue price: VND 16,900/share

-       Exercise ratio: 100:58 (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and every with 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 58 new shares.)
