PHS: Board Resolution on bank credit limit On January 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) approved the following issues:
1. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Cathay United Bank – Chu Lai Branch (DBU):
- Loan limit: VND40 billion;
- Loan term: 01 year from the signing date of credit agreement until March 20, 2020.
2. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Cathay United Bank (OBU):
- Loan limit: USD 5,000,000;
- Loan term: 01 year.
3. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with SinoPac Bank – Ho Chi Minh Branch:
- Loan limit: USD 1,500,000;
- Loan term: 01 year from November 30, 2020.
4. Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with First Commercial Bank – Ho Chi Minh Branch:
- Loan limit: USD 1,200,000;
- Loan term: 01 year from the signing date of credit agreement.
