PGC: Business plan for 2020

Petrolimex Gas Corporation – JSC announces the Board resolution dated January 03, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the report on business performance in 2019 and plan for 2020.
2. The Board of Directors approved to increase the salary fund for employees.
3. The Board of Directors approved to vote for additional personnel planning.
4. The Board of Directors approved the business plan for 2020:

-       Revenue: VND3,160 billion

-       Consolidated profit before tax: VND195 billion

-       Dividend: at least 12%/charter capital.
