On January 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Thanh Van as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from February 01, 2020.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Van Nam as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from February 01, 2020.
