CTI: Board resolution on the cancellation of bond private placement

According to Board Resolution No.01/2020/NQ–HDQT dated January 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation approved to cancel the bond private placement according Board Resolution No.17/2019/NQ–HDQT dated December 26, 2019 because the Company has balanced the financial resources for its business activities as planned.
