CMX: Board approves to issue new shares Camimex Group Joint Stock Company announces a record date for determining a list of shareholders for a new share issue as follows:
− Stock code: CMX
− Stock type: common stock
− Par value: VND10,000/share
− Record date: February 12, 2020
− Purpose: to exercise the share purchase rights
− Estimated issue volume: 13,221,234 shares
− Issue price: VND10,000/share
− Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right they will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)
− The shares refused to buy will be offered to the Company’s Board members, Directorate, staff and other existing shareholders at the price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders. These shares will be restricted in one year from the ending date of share issue.
− Regulation on rights transfer:
+ Time for rights transference: from February 24, 2020 to March 16, 2020
+ The rights should be transferred only once and not done again to the third party.
- Regulation on securities purchased:
+ Time for subscription and deposit: from February 24, 2020 to March 23, 2020
+ The new shares are freely transferable.
