VC1: Board decision

On 27 Sep 2019, Construction JSC No 1 announced the Board decision No. 2467/2019/QĐ – HDQT on holding a ballot as follows:
Article 1: Approve the adjusted content of investment policy of the project of Vinaconex 1 Mixed Building at D9 Khuat Duy Tien, Thanh Xuan Bac, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi according to the Statement No. 2431/2019/TTr-DT dated 23/09/2019 of General Manager.
Article 2: Approve of holding a ballot to submit the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval of Adjusted investment policy of the project of Vinaconex 1 Mixed Building at D9 Khuat Duy Tien, Thanh Xuan Bac, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
