PHP: Announcement of authorization

On 24 Sep 2019, Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company disclosed Announcement of authorization No. 2702/ TB – CHP dated 23 Sep 2019 of the Company as follows:
Pursuant to Decision No. 2193/ QD – CHP dated 06 Aug 2019 of Board of Directors of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company on sending officials to work abroad;
Acting General Manager of the Company will go abroad for business from 26 Sep 2019 to 05 Oct 2019. During that period, the acting General Manager will authorize Mr. Nguyen Tuong Anh, Deputy General Manager of the Company to handle works under authority of acting General Manager of the Company in accordance with regulations of the law and charter of the Company.
Acting General Manager of the Company announced this information to departments, branches of the Company and one member companies limited for convenient contact.
