Novaland opens real-estate centre in Ha Noi
Real-estate developer Novaland Group opens its new real-estate centre at 63-65 Ngo Thi Nham Street in Hai Ba Trung District in Ha Noi.
The Ha Noi real-estate centre will connect the company with investors in the northern region so that the latter will know more about the company's projects and plans. The centre will also help bring better service to northern customers.
According to the company, the centre will offer a comprehensive service to customers including after-sales service, and leasing and transferring services.
On the occasion, the company announced many promotion programmes for customers. Until the end of this month, customers will have a chance to win up to 54 taels of gold if they buy products from The Grand Manhattan in District 1 in HCM City, Aqua City urban area in Dong Nai, NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort & Villas in Khanh Hoa, NovaWorld Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan and NovaWorld Ho Tram in Ba Ria Vung Tau.
Previously, Novaland opened a transaction centre in Cam Ranh at NovaBeach Cam Ranh Resort and Villas project in Cam Lam District in Khanh Hoa Province.
With over 25 years of development, the company has developed more than 40 housing projects in HCM City with products ranging from condos to villas.
In the 2019 – 2023 period, Novaland will continue to focus on high-end property projects with three key products: real-estate products in HCM City; real-estate projects in neighbouring provinces like Dong Nai; and hospitality projects in tourism places including Can Tho, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan, and Cam Ranh - Khanh Hoa.
