• Number, ownership proportion of shares held before transaction: 11,571,854 shares (equivalent to 54.03% of the charter capital)
• Number, ownership proportion of shares held after executing transaction: 13,921,925 shares (equivalent to 65% of the charter capital)

2. Result of transaction of director, PDMR (issued on 12/6/2019)

• Number, ownership proportion of shares held before transaction: 11,571,854 shares (equivalent to 54.03% of the charter capital)
• Number, ownership proportion of shares held after executing transaction: 12,796,354 shares (equivalent to 59.74% of the charter capital)
