Buon Ma Thuot coffee exchange propertry up for auction
The land area includes many items such as office buildings and warehouses that have not been used for many years.
Formed 10 years ago, the Buon Ma Thuoc coffee and commodity trading floor was initially managed by State agencies and later changed to a joint stock company. But due to ineffectiveness, it had to suspend operations last year.
The People's Committee has also decided to auction five other items that no longer need to be used, including the Provincial General Hospital (4.3ha), Department of Construction (0.35ha), Property Auction Centre (0.25ha), the Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee (972sq.m), and Kim Dong Cinema (700sq.m).
The province's Department of Finance is preparing procedures for auctioning all of these headquarters.
