VTB: Business performance in 6 months of 2019

Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) announces Board Resolution No.18/2019 dated July 05, 2019 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the business performance in the first six months of 2019 of VTB and member companies:

1. Revenue and profit in the first six months of 2019:

-       Separate revenue: 83.3 billion dongs (18.5% of the revenue target of 450.4 billion dongs)

-       Consolidated revenue: 234.5 billion dongs (39.2% of the revenue target of 598.0 billion dongs)

-       Separate profit before tax: 5.3 billion dongs (29.5% of the revenue target of 18.1 billion dongs)

-       Consolidated profit before tax: 12.5 billion dongs (51.1% of the revenue target of 24.5 billion dongs)

2. Report on the Skyworth cooperation and other projects.
3. Report on projects Pham Van Hai, Cat Lai, 248 A No Trang Long.

The Board of Directors approved the business targets for the last six months of 2019:

-       Separate revenue: 366.7 billion dongs

-       Consolidated revenue: 234.5 billion dongs

-       Separate profit before tax: 12.8 billion dongs

-       Consolidated profit before tax: 12 billion dongs.
