VPB: SSC receives the documents of international bonds

On June 28, 2019, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Official Document No.4070 regarding the dossier of international bonds offering by VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank). Accordingly, SSC confirmed that it had received the registration dossier to issue bonds to international market and the listing dossier of international bonds for the first stage of 2019 on a foreign stock exchange. VPBank will carry out the plans for bond issuance and listing according to resolutions and under the laws.
