VNE: Cancellation of the record date for dividend payment

On June 29, 2019, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation sent an announcement of the remaining dividend payment for 2018 with the record date of July 16, 2019. However, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation would like to announce the cancellation of the record date for dividend payment due to the court decision.

Reason: The Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hai Chau District, Da Nang City issued an official document about the implementation of judgment and proposed Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation not to make payment the remaining dividend of 2018 to shareholders in order to ensure the obligation to execute Judgment No.618/2018/HSPT dated November 02, 2018 by the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
