VND: Decision on tax penalties VNDIRECT Securities Corporation announces the decision by the Department of Taxation of Hanoi City dated June 25, 2019 regarding the administrative violation on tax for the inspection periods of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, as follows:
- Penalty for false declaration: 191,271,105 dongs
- Penalty amount: VND15,000,000
- Total tax arrears: 956,355,525 dongs
Of which:
- VAT arrears: 518,597,402 dongs
- Corporate income tax arrears: 437,758,123 dongs
