VIC: BOD resolution on the transfer of shares

On July 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) approved to transfer the whole of shares in Ha Thanh Real Estate Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to subsidiary.

  After the transfer completes, Vingroup is still the parent company of Ha Thanh Real Estate Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
