VHM: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares

On July 02,2019, the Board resolution of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved to receive a partial transfer of shares of Green City Development Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company will become the parent company of Green City Development Joint Stock Company.
