VGC: Change of personnel

 Viglacera Corporation - JSC announced personnel change as follows:

-       Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan was appointed as Chairman of the BODs.

-       Mr. Luyen Cong Minh was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BODs.

-       Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan was appointed as the legal representative.

-       Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Mr. Hoang Kim Bong, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh were reappointed as Deputy CEO.

-       Mr. Ngo Trong Toan was reappointed as Chief Accountant.
