According to the Board Resolution dated July 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved to borrow Hua Nan Commercial Bank Ltd – Ho Chi Minh Branch with the credit limit of US$6,000,000.
