TMT: Board resolution on seeking shareholders’ approval

The Board of Directors of TMT Motors Corporation approved Resolution No.560 dated July 19, 2019 as follows:

1. Approve the contents of seeking shareholders’ approval in writing in 2019.
2. Cancel the content of seeking shareholders’ approval in writing for the document about the fact that Mr. Bui Van Huu and related person(s) are allowed to buy TMT shares but have not to make public tender offers.

Therefore, the remaining contents of Resolution No.539 dated July 15, 2019 will continue to be voted as follows:

• The resignation of members of the Board of Supervisors for the term 2017 – 2021;
• Electing new members of the Board of Supervisors for the term 2017 – 2021;
• Other issues.
