The Board resolution dated July 19, 2019, Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company decided to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with the following details:

-       Company name: TIE Culture Joint Stock Company

-       Address: 262A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, ward 8, district 3, Ho Chi Minh city.

-     Charter capital: VND12,400,000,000 (TIE contributed 95% charter capital of TIE Culture JSC).

-  To appoint Mr. Tran The Vinh as the representative of stake of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company in TIE Culture JSC.
