TDH: Board approves the investment plan in Can Tho residential Area

According to Board Resolution 1427/NQ-HDQT dated July 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) approved the investment plan for project named as New Urban Area – Area 3 (Lot 14A) belonging to the South Can Tho Urban Area, as follows:

-       Location: New Urban Area – Area 3 (Lot 14A) belonging to the South Can Tho Urban Area, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city

-       Total area: 513,200 m2

-       Estimated project time: 05 years

-       Total investment of THUDUC HOUSE:

• Total initial investment: 586,884 million dongs
• Disbursement time: according to the project schedule for 5 years.
